10 ways to look younger! 

No one can stop the clock, but there are always better ways and habits to adopt to look and feel younger than your age. Your lifestyle plays a major role on your looks. To look younger one needs to follow a healthy lifestyle, let’s have a look on these small habits which can bring major changes.

1. Frame your face : 

Keeping your eyebrows well-groomed and shaped helps provide a frame for your face and draws attention to your eyes. 

2. Watch your diet :

Consider a healthy protein rich diet for beautiful skin and body, anti ageing foods includes promogranates, grapes, salmon, nuts, olive oil etc. 

3. Dress wisely : If you have a wrinkly neck or jowls, avoid tight-fitting or crew-neck tops, which squeeze skin upward. A shirt collar over a round-necked jersey is a better option. Wear dark-colored clothes if you have a large belly. Light accessories always look good. 

4. Exercise regularly :

Combine cardiovascular exercise for heart and lungs, resistance exercise for muscles, stretching for flexibility and balance exercise for coordination. You can workout as much as 5 days a week for better sleep and good body. 

5. Cleansing :

This may sound the most basic step but it is  very important for your skin. Cleanse your face twice a day and apply a moisturiser. You basically need to apply moisturiser all over your body right after the shower.

6. Consider dental care : 

As you age your teeth is most likely to stain, avoid food which stain teeth also whiten your teeth through a dentist or a whitening kit at home.

7. Wear sun-screen every day : 

Dermatologists always preach about wearing sunscreen every single day to protect against skin cancer, but slathering on the SPF is also the most effective tool in your anti-aging arsenal. Weather is cloudy or rainy it’s important to slather generous amount of sunscreen on all exposed parts before your step out. 

8.  Hand cream : 

The skin on the backs of your hands is very thin, which makes it prone to accelerated aging compared to the rest of your body. Moisturise it daily with a hand cream, picking a cream which contains SPF can greatly reduce sun damage which causes age spot and wrinkles. 

9. Beauty Sleep : During a deep sleep the body produces greater quantities of estrogen and progesterone. These boost your skin’s natural repair mechanisms, so you look more radiant and fresh when you wake up. Try more soothing bedtime rituals like listening to soft music, warm bath or a mug of hot milk and honey that help you unwind mentally. 

10. Smile : 

Young, middle-aged, and older individuals studied thousands of photographs and were asked to guess the age of models with various facial expressions. Neutral expressions yielded the most accurate results, and fearful expressions made subjects look older happy faces were rated as younger than they really were. Stay positive, never loose hope, remember God made everyone in his own image, surround yourself with positive people, throw around kindness this will enable you to smile more often.
