As the skin age, the youthful fresh skin becomes dull, also because of dead skin cells, the skin looks dull and life less, there are many reasons of dull skin, ageing, inappropriate care, lack of sleep or unhealthy lifestyle. To reveal the fresh skin exfoliate once in every week, you can either use srubbing cream, moisturiser, scrubbing face wash, or even your loofah will work best to shed off those unwanted dead skin cells and brighten up instantly.

Many dermatologist suggest glycolic peels, it is considered one of the most effective exfoliating method as it penetrates deeply. There are two benefits with this method, exfoliation as well as the rejuvenation which is helpful for things like fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone and blemishes.

Cut down your caffeine intake, consume less of coffee and sugar, indulge yourself with fresh fruits and colourful veggies in your diet to balance skins ph. Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. Sleep atleast 8-9 hours to get that youthful brighter face.
