Summers are incomplete without ice creams! But it can take a troll on your body fat level! I’m sure there are many women who love ice creams, but fear having one! Surely these recipes can be a life saver, the best part is you can twist and turn and make it the way you want and is super easy, all you need is fresh fruits, so I came up with these interesting Popsicle recipes inspired from Pinterest!
1. Mango cream :
Mangoes are the king of all fruits, it had to be on the top! Pure 3 cups fresh mangoes, take full fat milk, if your vegan you can use almond/soy/coconut milk mix 1-2 tablespoons of sugar in it, mix milk and mangoes you can completely skip sugar to have a healthier version, pour the mixer into the Popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
2. Chocolate fudge : You need chocolate milk, you can either buy it or use home made, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, and few chocolate chunks, mix it all together, pour it in Popsicle molds and freeze till it’s hard.

For this you will be needing, 1 large banana, 2 table spoon cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tsp peanut butter, honey or sugar mix it all, pour it into the container, stick it the freezer for a couple of hours.
