- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Baking powder
(Makes about 3-4 medium size pancakes)
Add milk and banana mixture into the flour mixture with 1 beaten egg. Mix it well the paste will be slightly lumpy but it’s ok.
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan
Place a medium portion of batter and try to spread it out evenly with a help of a spoon. If you keep the pancake too thick it may not cook well from the inside. I know it’s not perfectly round!
Flip it over.
Serve it with chopped bananas and some honey.
