Soya omelette 

  
I’ve been always experimenting with eggs as I eat it every day in my breakfast, I try to give it variations as its boring having eggs on regular basis. It’s important to have protein rich diet in your very 1st meal, as your body contantly craves protein to work efficiently. This is soya omelette it’s as quick as 5 min and soya is also a good source of protein and most vegan’s consume soya as their meat alternative so let’s get started! 

Ingredients :  (serves- 1)

  1. 3 eggs 
  2. Few soya bean chunks 
  3. Salt, oregano, chilli flakes for seasoning 

Step 1  
Soak soya bean in a bowl of water for about 20-30min till it gets soft. Heat 1-2 tablespoon oil on a non-stick pan, cook soya for 2-3min till cooked, (here you will notice soya will soak up all the oil) remove soya from the PAN keep it aside. Add 1-2 table spoon oil on the PAN and add 3 eggs 

Step 2  now add the soya chunks, salt, chilli flakes and oregano, flip it when cooked. 

 Serve it with bread mayonnaise or cheese.
