- One burger bread
- Cheese (optional)
Make a hole in the bun by removing the bread with a spoon or your fingers, make sure you leave some of the base for the eggs to settle inside, now sprinkle some salt, pepper and oregano, grate some cheese on the top (optional), now on a plate place the egg boats inside the microwave and cook it for 3-4 min depending how you prefer your eggs wet/semi-cooked/cooked. Your healthy breakfast is ready, pair it with a glass of milk or juice to complete your meal.
