Healthy pre-workout drink 

Banana oats smoothie  

 

(According to a new research, it is believed eating 2 bananas can get you enough energy for a 40min workout) 

Ingredients : (serves 2)

  • 1 banana 
  • cup of oats 
  • 5-6 dates 
  • Dry fruits (optional) 
  • 1 glass of Milk 
  • 1/2 cup of Water 
  • 2 tables spoon Sugar/honey (optional)

Put all the above ingredients in a blender/mixer, your super healthy pre-workout drink is ready.
