5 healthy skin care routines to follow 

Hello readers!! 
Today I’m gonna be sharing 5 healthy skin care routine which can bring a huge difference to your skin, so let’s get started!

1) SPF : make your SPF your best friend forever, this is the only cream which can prevent sun damages, dark spots, sun-burn, wrinkles, fine lines etc, as sun causes our skin to age fast it’s essential to use suncreen every single day 20 min prior to leaving home! If you really want your skin to age a little slower then stick to it like a hot glue! 
(Tip- even if you have your SPF on don’t expose your face to the sun for longer)

2) H2O effect : water can make a huge difference in your skin, it’s important to drink at least 2 liters of water daily as 64% of skin consist of water, it is believed that water gives heathy glow to your skin, fades away stretch marks, keeps your hair healthy, avoids nails cracking, removes toxins from your body, avoids breakouts, maintains skin oils, and many more! many ageless celebrities biggest secret is the amount of water they consume.   


3) MAKEUP FREE : its very important to give some oxygen to your skin, for that you need to remove your makeup before sleeping, as makeup has many chemicals your skin doesn’t deserve it to handle it entire night!
Tip( if your too lazy or tired you can always have baby wipes or makeup wipes next to your bed to get a quick cleanup before sleeping) 

4) USE HOME MADE FACE MASK : once a week it’s important to pamper your skin with a healthy home made face mask, I personally prefer home made masks as they are chemical free, how’ver if you have your favourites then go ahead and use it. 

5) MOISTURIZATION : its essential to moisturise your skin daily, even if you have oily skin, you need to add this in your skin care routine, you can always opt for night cream or a day cream to give your skin that healthy moisture.
