Hello ladies!! Today I’m gonna be talking about losing weight and staying fit with the help of my latest obsession that is “cambogia tablets” As I’m a a gymer and love to stay fit and healthy I always wanted to try out few fat burners however as they have certain side effects it always refrained me from owning one. But I came across this product through my brother as he also is a gymer and lost weight naturally through this product. Things to take care of:-

  1. After my personal experience it would suggest the person to drink atleast 2.5 to 3lts of water every day if your consuming cambogia tablet as it also loose weight through cutting down the water level in your body, it is important to drink good amount of water daily.
  2.  Consume the tablet empty stomach only 
  3. Consume it 30 minutes prior to breakfast
  4.  It is extremely important to do breakfast after 30 min of having your tablets
  5. Eat in small amounts through out the day and never do crash dieting 
  6. If you really want fast results you need to stop consuming sugar containing food and junk food.
  7.  This tablet won’t work if your not exercising regularly for really fast effect you need to workout well and eat healthy and eat your tablet religiously
  8. DONOT exceed more than 2 tablets a day, it can be dangerous for your health.      
  9. You can begin your tablet with one for a couple of days so that your body gets use to it. and then start with 2 tablets of combogia daily.
  10.  Do not consume more than 2 bottles of combogia as no product should me consumed in a large quantity, if you still need to loose weight then take a gap of 20-30 days and start again.

My experience with combogia:-
I was fit but my face was slightly chubby, and I wanted a more flatter fat free tummy so I got these online, and I am happy with my results as I lost my face fat and shrinked my belly also, i also lost 3kg. I still have one bottle remaining so I am gonna finish it off.
